I'd like to let my customers know that they can pay online through a specific link.
Is it possible to format the Default Invoice Note to include HTML markup?
Thanks!

Yes, that is possible. However, any link text will be converted to a "clickable" link if the email client supports HTML email so the HTML code itself probably isn't required.
Give it a go!

I'm doing something wrong - I can't get mine to convert the url to a clickable one when I put it in the "Default Invoice Note" field.

Don't apologize, this is what the forum is for!
Different email clients will operate different ways. What works in Outlook Express might not in Mozilla Thunderbird, for instance.
You can try adding the HTML for a link :
<a href="http://www.example.com">www.example.com</a>

I tried adding the link as you say in Outlook (not Express) which works (except I had to change the style so the link shows up).

Change the style? Can I ask what you did, ikonic?
I did try it as suggested and used the HTML but it only showed HTML and all, so I may just leave it as a 'copy and paste' sort of thing.
