Why Don't Customer's Phone & Fax Numbers Print on Invoices?

Here is some constructive feedback that we feel would make your great product the best choice for many more users.

It seems that K-Billling is heavily relying on one invoice note field for answers to a lot of our problems. If that's the case, maybe there should be several customizable invoice note areas. Also we can recite many reasons why bill to and ship to phone numbers and fax numbers should always be printed on a hard copy of an invoice, therefore we feel that this should print by default to avoid redundant data input. This would also keep all the information about the shipping and billing on one spot on the printed invoice. All this seems so basic to us, and we can't believe that you have not had a tremendous amount of feedback regarding this issue!:confused:

In case your wondering, our business is set up where we are sometimes processing orders from a different location than our shipping location so the shipping clerks must have as much information about the order as possible. Also there are days when the shipping location answers phones and takes orders so they and must rely on filed hard copy invoices stored in that location.

So far this is the biggest major stumbling block for us that we have found in using your great software!

The adding of customer phone numbers hasn't been requested before but it is on the development list internally. Actually, within the next few months with the release of kBilling Pro and kBilling "Standard" 1.4 the problem will be cured once and for all as both will include a real template system so that users can customize the invoices in any way they see fit (like adding phone numbers!).

I too need phone numbers on our invoices so what I do is type the phone number in the Country tab and it works fine. The phone number is listed below the City, State, Zip. The only problem I see with this is when I mail the invoice & use the windowed envelopes, then the phone number is also shown.
