View Full Version : I can't install the new update.

I backed it up & all like always, but I get this nasty little window that says "Could not create file:...
It askes "retry" or "cancel." Retry just makes it beep & pop up again. Any ideas? So I have no access to the program at all. If I pick Cancel it just closes everything. Then when I go to open K-b, it opens to the "Install Options window. I choose "Install" & then "Yes" to the agreement window & I'm back to the little "Could not Create..." window.

Perhaps you're trying to back up to a file name that already exists?

Or is it the installer that fails? Try rebooting and running the installer again. If this happened through the automatic update utility just grab a copy directly from the website at http://www.k-billing.com/kbilling_installer.exe and run that to install.

All better. Once I rebooted it still wouldn't open up, so I started from your site & it worked. I tried that before rebooting & it didn't work. Thanks.

I pushed 1.3.84 out with the new templates added and a small fix for the new AUTH_TYPE email parameter.
