Would it be possible to add a suggestions forum to post suggestions to?

The best way for us to track suggestions (and bug reports) is through our support tracking system. You can add new "cases" through a web interface here : http://www.k-billing.com/newcase.html or by emailing support@ksoftware.net
Thanks!

That makes perfect sense for support but wouldn't you rather get feedback from other users on features? How would anyone ever know if something had been suggested and how? How would you know how ten different people saw the use of a feature if it wasn't discussed by users?

First, let me say that feedback of any type is very much valued.
With the support ticket system users can track progress and easily interact with developers. The forum was only ever meant as a peer support group - not a bug/feature tracking system. Specialized software (like our ticketing system), is much better suited for tracking software feature requests and such. Having said that -- notice the new "General Discussion / Features" forum that just popped up!
Please, feel free to suggest and discuss features, requests, bug reports and anything else there. Please do not worry about other users having requested what you're looking for. In fact, we rely on multiple users requesting the same (or like) features to gauge their importance!
Thanks!
