View Full Version : Invoices due totals... any way to add them up quickly?

What I mean is when you look at the list of due invoices. I want to be able to select any number of them, right click and have the total combined due for them displayed. That way I can know right away how much is due a certain day or for example a certain client. I hate having to add them up with the calculator.

No, because what if I want to add up like 10 invoices total from like 3 different clients? I could highlight them all and get a total. Much faster and easier.

I'm working on a way to make this happen as there isn't any reason not to have it....However, I have to admit that I'm curious when you would want to do what you're describing. Just as a super-quick reporting method for incidental use throughout your day?
It's a great help in development if I know not only what users want to do, but why they want to do it.

Yeah, I like to do this throughout the day so I just have a quick look at what I have invoiced that day, or the last 2 or 3 days combined. Its just a quick thing that eases your mind and lets you see your progress and that the company is making money. It motivates me a little bit more to see the $$$ adding up.
