We are a company that is licensed by the Collegiate Licensing Association to produce and sell university merchandise, and it is necessary for us to be able to generate a report for Excel that is formatted in a specific way to be sent to them for auditing purposes. It is similar to the Product Sales by Customer Report that you have already set up in the program, but set with different headings. Unfortunately, none of us here knows XML, but would really love to continue using kBilling. (We have been informed by one of the universities that we are licensed with that if we cannot generate this specific report from the invoicing software we use, we have to go with another one that does - apparently there is one, but we would subsequently spend more money to buy something else when we already have something we're really happy with but for this one silly report. Otherwise, we would be in violation of our expensive and lucrative license agreement.) Would it be possible for you to include this report setup the next upgrade? (SOON???!!!) Pretty please???!!! I can send the information that needs to be included, if necessary.
