Added the customer payment history report (Customer window, Customer Reports menu).
Changed the PDF templates to not report "Paid in full" when the invoice balance is below 0.00.
Made the due date automatically reflect the payment terms when adding a new invoice.
Fixed a bug that caused changes to the default payment terms not to stick.
Added "Invoice Title" to the invoice settings (invoice tab, settings window). This allows European and Austrailian users to display "TAX INVOICE" on their printed invoices.
