Every time I attempt to pull a customer list report, K-Billing freezes up. Is this a none functional report? I updated my version to 1.386.

It works great here.. Do you get any kind of error message with the crash?

Very strange! I can't reproduce that here at all.
Can you try it with the 1.3.87 beta?
Download it from : http://www.k-billing.com/kbilling_installer_beta.exe
Be sure to save a backup of your company file before installing!

Interesting.. Are you using a localized version of Windows XP (anything non-English)?
It seems to be a problem translating Unicode characters on your system. I've never run into that before.

This is occurring on five computers (3 are running XP Professional of which 2 are upgrades from Windows 2000 Professional), a Windows 2000 Professional computer and a Windows XP Media Center version. No modifications at all. The problem occurs when we access the databased on a Windows 2003 Server and when it is on the local computer.

It must be something in one of the customer records then. You wouldn't have some sort of system problem on that many computers. I have more than 30 different test company files here that I've tried it on without a problem.
If you can, drop support@ksoftware.net a line and we'll see if we can't track it down further. I don't want you to post any customer information here in a public forum and we're going to have to dive in there to determine what is happening..
Thanks!

Hi Tony.. Just an FYI - I didn't receive that email you were sending. If you sent it and it was rejected, let me know!
Thanks!

It hasn't been bounced back on my end.
I will setup an HTML site for you to download the file.

Ok, that will work! Don't post it on the forum though! Just email the link over to support@ksoftware.net please.
Thanks!!
