I have 2 O.S's Installed on my laptop, How can i share the program accross
both without doing backups everytime i switch? I installed on Vista but when i access the XP Program Files/Kbilling/myfile.kdp, it comes up with a write protect error, BUT does display that company file! I just can't make changes

You need to store your company file (the .kpd file) on a shared drive off that computer. That or perhaps an external USB or Firewire hard drive (but NOT a flash disk!).
