what if you can ?
1, Have differnt catgory for each type of coustomer- you did that already
2 In the Product entery you put in the differt prices for each catgory
3. so when a coustomer from General orders they get there prices and if a coustomer from whole sale oerder and so forth and so on any questions ask what i meen

Hi Arkcomp. I got your private message today and didn't realize I hadn't responded to this -- my apologies!

Tiered pricing like you describe has been on the drawing board for some time. It adds a degree of complexity that I'm not sure most kBilling users need, but it is constantly being thought about. As soon as I can find a way to implement it elegantly, I will!

What can I do achive this now wqith your software

my guess is open all differnt Databases up an minnized each one and select wich one i need at the the time

Ok, I thought you were saying "archive".. Sorry about that!

The only way to accomplish what you're trying to do right now is to create a new product for each price.

If your base product is called "Widget", you would :

Create a product called "Widget A" or "Widget 1" and price it with your first tier, then continue with "Widget B" or "Widget 2", and so on. A quick and easy way to associate customers with those pricing tiers is to add a "-A" or "-1" to their customer number so you'll know at a glance which customer gets what pricing tier (or which product, in this case).
