Does the new templates overides my edited templates???? because it seems to have done that... It won't let me use my edited templates.

Yes, it changes the template location.. The new template directory is
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\kBilling\templates\invoices

Yes, it was, though the directories weren't spelled out (I've changed that!)

I don't know but I can't seem to find the templates folder on the new location.

Oops, I'm sorry about that. I thought you were using 1.3.88. If you're not using 1.3.88 then the templates are in c:\Program Files\kBilling\templates\invoices\

but i am using 1.3.88 i'm confused. i put it on program/kbilling/template

You have to restart kBilling if you add new templates.
1.3.88 :
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\kBilling\templates\invoices
Pre 1.3.88 :
c:\Program Files\kBilling\templates\invoices
Or, click Start -> Search and search for files named Detailed.xsl - that should show you where they all are.

I'm sorry for some odd reason the Application Data was hidden that's why i couldn't find it.

If you just click Start -> Run and copy\paste "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\kBilling\templates\invoices" in there and press Enter an explorer window will open to that directory.
I'll put a shortcut in 2.0 to open the template directory from within the software.

Oh its all good now i already found it... I meant by hidden the entire Application Data folder was hidden so when I opened the All users folder it wasn't showing it... I just went and showed all folders hidden or not...
