We have been experiencing slow performance as of late. I thought this was attributed to network traffic but have ruled this out. Additionally, I was just informed that the payment window does not close after a payment has been posted. Attempting to close the payment window results in a screen asking if the payment should be cancelled.
Any ideas?
we are using k-billing 1.3.87

Hi Tony!
How large is your company file? What is appearing "slow"?
As far as the payment window not closing - I've verified that doesn't occur with the latest version, 1.3.88. The release announcement is here : http://forum.k-billing.com/showthread.php?t=183
Give 1.3.88 a try and let me know if it does any better for you.
Also, are you sure you have the proper number of licenses installed? It sounds like you've got more than a few people using one company file. That's fine, but every install requires it's own serial number (and license) to operate properly..

17.5 megs It took 4 hours to add 60 invoices (plus customer info). Speedwise, you have time to ponder life between steps. I'll try the .88 version.

4 hours to add 60 invoices?
Was the software slow to save? Where did the software's speed come into play?
