Cant send invoice email

trying this software out yet the email sending doesnt work, i keep getting the error vSock Timed out. Not sure what is causing this, the mail server is working fine, just cant use ths software email to send. :(

Have you checked that the ports are listed correctly and the mailserver settings are correct within K-Billing?

Edit -> Settings -> Email tab, verify the SMTP server is your outgoing mail server address assigned by your ISP. Make sure there isn't a typo there!

As Robin said, make sure you have a value in the SMTP port setting - typically the default of 25 works.

hmm, weird, seems to be working now. Maybe something was wrong with the server lastnite. Thanks guys, works perfectly now. Great piece of software!
