Can we remove acct # off invoice & can we list type of payment?

Is there a way to remove the Account # off of the invoices. Sometimes folks are sending in their payments & referring to this number and we need the invoice #. Payments are collected at a different location.

Also, just checking to see if you are able to get a spot to list the type of payment on the next version - v,mc,ae,d

Not really, no. If you're not using the PDF templates you could just rip out the account number spot. Let me know what template you're using and I'll see what can be done. This will be possible in the future with V2, though.

I'll have to go and look back at previous conversations we had to see if it's exactly like what you're looking for.

Partial payments have always been supported but partial payment refunds haven't (I assume that's what you mean?).

How do I find out what template I use? I really would like to take this account number off the invoice.

I was looking for an invoice that would give a customer a refund and possibly a partial refund also, even though that was not my initial request. I had a problem in the past because a customer needed an invoice stating a refund/credit was due. Thanks
