Invoice Banner Image

I have uploaded a banner image in the invoice settings, but it does not show up when I create an invoice. I have tried applying the image and clicked ok, but it does not work. Is there anything that I am missing?

Uncheck the "Use text/URL banner" option in the settings just above the banner image box.
