Export Invoice for Mail Merge

It would be nice to have a report for all recurring invoices ready for generation, so I could mail merge to print the envelopes for mailing of the invoices.

That shouldn't be hard to add. What format would work best for you? Something you can open in Excel (TSV/CSV probably) with the Bill To information for each invoice?

CSV with company name and bill to address would do it.

Also, it would be nice to have the customer number available in general. I don't know how many other users have external unique customer IDs from a different system, but I imported customer numbers from my primary database. It is helpful to be able to reassociate records.
