Hi -- busy trying out this excellent piece of software.

Is it possible to have the newsletter customised?
For example, enter %name% to have the contact person's name inserted (merged) or %company% for company etc?

You couldn't before, but you can now! I just added the macros to the newsletter feature.

The customer related macros are available, details here :

You can do things like "Hello <customer_name>!" in the newsletter subject and body, now.
