Remember to backup your company file before upgrading!

Various thread-related bug fixes.
Added defaults (to the Misc tab in settings) for customer Paper Invoice, Email Invoice, Mailing List, Balance Penalty and balance forwarding.
Added "Last Invoice Date" to the recurring invoices report.
Added "Printed On" to the invoice search results.
Added "Open Default State List" button to invoices tab in settings. Edit the text file it opens to change the list of default states displayed in the state drop-down lists.
Changed State selection to better support customer entries in the State boxes.
