OK I have tried just about everything I can think of. I even did a search on the internet for smtp google mail. It brought up good info and I tried the info, but I still can not seem to get it to work. I post this in hopes on some replies and help.:) Anyway I am wondering if I can set it up so that google mail or yahoo mail will work with this program when it sends out a invoice via email. I would like for help on how to get it set up with google mail. ( I already have my account with google already - kcsignguys@gmail.com )
AGAIN HELP!!!!!!

Google uses SSL over SMTP - something kBilling doesn't yet support. Ironically I'm looking at what it takes to support this today. Knowing you are waiting on it will serve as good motivation!
So, stay tuned. More information here soon!

Why dont you use the email account that was provided by your ISP for the outgoing SMTP settings as all you are using that for is (SMTP) Authorization. The required email address should be the one you set up in K-Billing??

well you see,
I have different emails that will be set up for different things.
an example would be. My google mail will be used for sending invoices only.... All other contact will be made from my main email... Know what I mean? I am wanting to have seperate names for each email account such as Billing@gmail.com not "ME@MY-ISP-PROVIDER.com.
I HAVE ANOTHER QUESTION
Is there a way for kBilling to send out emails automaticly? What I mean is if I have a account that is past the due date is there a way for the program to auto send out another invoce to that customer:confused:

There are no automatic emails short of what you can do with the recurring invoices. An auto-email-when-past-due option is a bit more complicated than it sounds but is a solid idea and is on the development list.
Thanks!
