With License, This is a multiuser program, how is the done? to share a database of clients over 2 or more computers,
and the Company Backup, does that backup all my info and setting like smtp ect?This program works greta for visp's but is the a trick to completly remove an invoice after a certian date? it seems to want to hang out in invoices with a zero balance..

It's a file based database so host the file on a central server and install kBilling on all the workstations then access the file over the shared network drive.

Absolutely, it backs up everything.

To delete invoices void them and then click on the Control menu on the invoice window and click Delete Invoice.

If you just want to pay them click New Payment on the invoice window.
