I have 1 license and I'm sharing the files but how come it's too slow?

Hello Daphnie - I think we have spoken before about your network speed problems. I've never been able to reproduce the kind of speed problems you have in your office. I know that your company file is quite large but I have equal and larger company files running in a network environment here just fine. I will continue to troubleshoot this and update you with any progress.

Also, note that every install of kBilling requires it's own unique serial number. If you have installed kBilling on multiple machines using the same serial number please visit the Order More page (http://www.k-billing.com/ordermore.html) to order additional licenses.

If I do purchase more serial numbers for k-billing would this make the speed better?

No, the speed problem is an unknown issue unrelated to the licensing situation. However, the license agreement is being violated if you're using one serial number on more than one machine. Please do purchase licenses for all the computers running kBilling. For your reference, the EULA is located here : http://www.k-billing.com/eula.rtf

We do allow for 1 desktop and 1 laptop to be used per-license as long as the same user owns both computers. Still, each machine needs it's own serial number (just email support@ksoftware.net with a request if this covers your situation).

Hi I went to the link and asked for an additional license 4 days ago, I recieved an automated reply sayting my request had been recieved and that was the last I heard?
