Sometimes I have to have an additional charge to a customer for something special or extra and am wondering if there is a place to add this addtional charge so it can be calculated in the total. Thanks

Just add a line item and type the name and description of the charge in the appropriate fields. You don't have to have an item saved in the database to add it to the invoice - you can add any number of items to any invoice at any time (as long as the invoice is Pending).

Hi,

I wanted to ask if there is a possibility to add a setup fee field for a PRODUCT, as this would be great for our hosting plans. thanks!

Possible, yes, but what would that field do exactly? Incorporate into price somehow?

yes, but the setup fee should be charged ONLY for the first invoice, as this is a single charge at the begining of contract. same as paypal subscriptions type: for example:

due now: 150$ and $20 setup fee = $170
due every other month after 1st month: $150

You know what I mean?

Also, in the processor details, we use Authorize.net, is there a tutorial about WHAT specific details of our Authorize.net accout shoul dbe filled WHERE?

Thanks

Your authorize.net username and password on the Credit Card tab of the Settings window. That's it.

A setup fee is on the list for future consideration. Now that I know what you're looking for I can make a case for it's addition!

perfect. I am looking forward to this. So I am sure are all the hosting, or any other service sellers that require a setup fee.
