Currency is formatted based on your computer's regional settings.
To change the currency symbol you need to open Control Panel, click on Regional and Language Settings and on the Customize button towards the top of the window. From there you can type in the currency symbol you want to use or select from the list. After changing the currency symbol you should switch back to kBilling (or start it if it isn't running) and click on the Tools menu from the main kBilling window and then on Update Currency Symbols. That's it!
