View Full Version : Previous PO not displayed

Hi ! After trying the latest v2.7, I found out this problem.
While the new invoice that i create have the PO displayed
in the quick view, all previous PO numbers are not displayed.
Could you pls help me with this?

The PO numbers on existing invoices are blank now even in the software or they just aren't showing on the invoice when you print/email?

The PO numbers of existing invoices are blank, in the last column of invoice tab(customer view).
On newly created invoices, they are displayed correctly.
And i have just discovered that it's the paid invoices that don't displayed the PO number in the PO column.
Could you please make it visible even after it has been paid? It will be helpful that we can recall the
PO number in a glance.

Very strange - nothing about the invoice database changed at all in 2.7.
Do you have a backup file? If so, send it to support@ksoftware.net and let me take a look.

What a prompt reply from you! Thank you. I had just edit my previous reply
before i can read you reply.
It seems to me after some more tests, it's only the mark paid/ paid invoices that don't display the PO numbers.
I believe it is more convenience if we can check the PO numbers at the last column even they had been marked paid. What do you think?

Ah, I see what you mean - it was on the Customer window, right?

Thank you! Cool! It's now running well. And again, thanks a lot for all those
extra features add-in, especially the one i have been asking for
(moving up/down items in invoice). They save us a lot of time.
