Font on invoices have changed

Strange problem. The font that is now used in my invoices displays all jagged. Just as if the font used in my template is not installed on my system anymore.

What could be the problem here?

I don't know -- what changed? Did you reinstall?

I did re-install to see if it would change something. Nada.
So now when I preview an invoice, the font that I see seems broken; the edges are jagged, just as if the font used in my invoice was not on my system anymore. I can send you a screenshot if you want.

Yes, please do send a screenshot (and a PDF version if you can). Is it just the preview that looks strange or is the PDF and print output affected?
