I actually have a few questions. First of all, is there a way to add a personalized note onto the invoice?

What about a way to log notes about a customer that the cannot see but I can print out as a report?

I see that I can add a footer onto each invoice, but what I need to know is if there is a way to make the space bigger to fit what I would want to put in it. I have two paragraphs that I want to appear on each invoice as a footer, in a smaller print than the rest.

Please let me know if any of this is possible.

1) Sure, the notes tab is on every invoice window at the bottom. It is a free-form field so you can enter any text you like.

2) The customer window has a notes tab as well and customer notes don't print on invoices (or statements).

3) That is a bit more tricky and will require a custom invoice template. Email support@ksoftware.net with the text you want to include and the invoice template you would like to fit it on and I'll make the adjustment for you.
