Months ago I asked you to add "Post Payment to Invoice" in the right click drop down from the Invoice Screen & you did it the same day & its super, but I find I can only use it once. 2 problems: 1) after I post the payment & the screen returns to the Invoice Screen the payment doesn't show that it posted, so I click to another screen, Customers usually, & then the invoice removes & the payment is finally registered & the amount removed from the invoices total on the right upper part of the screen. 2) but then when I want to post to another invoice, the right click drop down list won't materialize... & just clicking over to the Customer Screen won't clear it. I have to go to a screen & "do something" like check for an update or manipulate the products, etc. or even shut it down & open it again. Then when I go back to invoices it will right click drop down for "post payment to Invoice."
The whole point of this drop down post payment to invoice was so I could get the checks in a happy pile & just whip off the posting without having to open each invoice individually & go to the payment tab & go from there. Can you help me?
