Is there a way to edit an invoice already printed & paid? I deleted the item but now I can't seem to get it back on there & it is leaving me with a balence. Thanks

Void the payment, add the item again and re-post the payment..
How did you delete an item from a paid invoice? That shouldn't be possible..

I didn't want to void the invoice because I had just made a typo that I wanted to correct so I deleted the item but now I can't add it back. It is now saying she has a balence & it was paid in full.

I thought if I voided an invoice, I could no longer use it. I thought void meant that I could no longer do anything with it. Is that not so. Thanks

You want to void the *payment*, not the invoice.
Do this. Open the invoice, click on the Payments tab at the bottom. Double click the payment, click the Void button. Once you do that the invoice will be back in Pending status and you can make any changes you need. After you make the changes just re-apply the payment.

If I void the payment, would it void the payment with Authorize.net? If so, wouldn't I need to re charge the payment. Thanks

Yes, voiding the payment will prompt to void/credit the amount via Authorize.Net - you can choose not to do it later. Be careful re-posting the payment to make sure you don't charge the credit card again. In that case I would post an "Other" payment to get the invoice back to paid status after you make the change(s).
