I've been a Kbilling user for over 2 years now and my biggest frustration with the product is creating quotes. Basically, in order to create a quote, you have to first create and invoice (which assigns the invoice a customer, invoice #, etc).
If you have to create an invoice to create a quote and the customer decides not to purchase items in the quote, you end up having to "void" the invoice. I would really like to see a new tab in the program called "Quotes" right along side "Invoices". This would allow me the user to build a quote and then have a nice little check box to select that would say "convert to invoice".
I made this suggestion over a year ago and the reply was that it was a great suggestion and to expect this feature soon but said to say it is not yet a reality. So unfortunately, I'm still stuck building quotes in MS Word or Excel. Is this something Kbilling is still planning on in the near future or not?
