Cut and Paste????

I have left product/services description box blank so that I can paste in applicable lists that I keep as text files of what the customer is being invoiced for. The program used to let me do this but no longer does. How can I overcome not being able to paste in information?

What happens when you try to paste into the description box? I just tried it here and it worked fine (through right-click->paste or CTRL+V).

I only get a sound when I attempt a control-V or right click and then click on paste in the dialog box.

I updated the program earlier today prior to attempting to cut and paste. I keep it pretty much updated.

Hmmm.. Walk me through the process to get to the window and field you're having trouble with. I have a feeling I might not be understanding exactly which text box you can't paste into..
