Ship to names

Can the "Bill To" customer name be added to the Customer Shipping List? I have all of my customer names with last name, first name and all of the "bill to" names with first name, last name. )This way I can view customers in alphabetical order.)

With the Bill To name being on the shipping list, I can produce a report and download the names, addresses to a mailing lable software.

Can this be done?
