Maybe, though some of the claims it is making don't make a whole lot of sense.

"SmartSwipe encrypts your credit card information instantly so your information never exists in an unencrypted state"

If the card number is never in plain text then it can't possibly submit through normal web forms and payment pages. The encryption on secure web pages is at the transport layer (the browser encrypts and the server decrypts), but the number itself has to be input in plain text.

Having said all that, it might still work (which means their advertising is a little less than perfectly honest ;-)).
