How to change Headers on invoice collums?

I just bought this software and can't figure how to change the headers for the colums in the invoice. Thanks

Which headers would you like to change? I assume you're talking about the printed invoice?

I want to change and add a couulm what is now- Qty/item-description /item price/ line total

changed to- Date/Job description/Hours/Rate/Line Total. Is this possible?

In the HTML templates, yes!

The XSL template live in the directory : c:\Program Files\kBilling\templates\invoices\*.xsl - their file names coorespond to the template names in kBilling. Open those files up with your favorite text editor and look for the WTY/Description strings. Change at will, save the file and viola!
