I was wandering if there is way you can add a porduct image in
and second is there way we can have a Operator line or User line to tell who took the order and then when they log on to there SW it knowes who took the order and knows there reps e-mail adress:)

There isn't support for product images, at least not yet. It is something that has been considered but to be perfectly honest you're the first user to come out and request it! I will give it serious thought as we move kBilling forward!

Your second question about sales reps. There is a "Sales Rep" line on each invoice that you can use to assign different invoices to different folks but as the software doesn't support user-level security right now it is impossible for the software to know who is typing in it at any given time. User level security is something we will be adding in future versions!
