I am trying to print a statement for the past month. The statement always show the pending invoices for the new month. Is the any way only to have the past month and not the current month on the statement?

No, there isn't. The statement is a list of all open invoices on a customer's account in kBilling. Statements can optionally include Paid invoices as well (the setting for turning that on is on the Misc tab of the settings window, bottom left).

Could that be a new feature request ??? It seems if you don't print your statements for the previous before a new month starts it makes it hard for the person you sending the statement what needs to be paid that is past and what is current.

Sure, I'm always open to new features! However, the statements don't show just the current month's invoices on the statement - it shows all outstanding invoices. If I put a limit of "past month" on there them invoices that could still be open would disappear from the statement if the customer didn't pay them within a month. I can add an option for showing only the previous month's invoices but am afraid that might cause more confusion than anything else (since a customer could get a statement that doesn't accurately reflect what they owe).

I see where your coming from. I know in Quickbooks (which I dislike) you can set a date from and to as a parameter for what is shown on the statement. What I did now was edit the pdf of the statement to show only the invoices for last month, and that will okay.

It's a completely reasonable request. I'll see if I can add an option for doing it that way.. I feel a re-design of the settings window coming soon! ;-)
