I am receiving error 223716 when I attempt to open my company file. I am running v3.5. Only changes that possibly could be the reason for this error was that I transferred over the file to my new PC from old PC.

You just need to install your license.
Thanks. I had to uninstall 3.5 and install 3.1. It seems that my support ran out the same month 3.5 was released. I could have sworn I updated to 3.5 on my old PC without any issue though.
