Can you add tax box, how paid & clear form button

Would it be possible for you to add the following:
A tax box so the customer would know what items are taxed & which are not.
A place that would let the customer (& myself) know how the invoice was paid whether it was V, MC, AE, D, check, other.
Also, when you go to the ship to tab, could you have a button to click that would clear the entire ship to form.

The payment type information is available and I'll get it on all the invoice templates for the next release.

A taxable is possible as far as I can see but I'll have to look into it a bit more before I can promise anything!

A "clear" button on the ship-to tabs is no problem.
