Hi,
We are considering purchasing kbilling. Is there any way to customize the print/PDF invoices. We would like to change the font-size, table-border size, alignment etc.
Also, the open PDF option in the preview invoice does not seem to display the invoice correctly (see attachment).
Is there a way to remove the shipping column in the invoice?
Sincerely,
Ajay.

No, there isn't a way to change the PDF Invoices. I see the alignment issue with your company name (It's just too long to fit into the space) - I'll see if I can't correct that!
To remove the shipping information you can use the No Tax/Shipping Template (or edit the HTML invoice to make your modification)
But when you choose the No Tax/Shipping Template, yes the nasty shipping line is gone but you loose tax line & figures & people don't understand the difference in their totals. Also there's something about the tax being shown for a business to be legal in its invoicing & receipts. I just wish you could separate into 2 templates, someday.

I'm working on both a "no tax" and a "no shipping" template that you'll be able to choose individually..
So happy to hear that. Thanks

As promised!
The 1.X beta contains the new templates - it's exactly the same as the 1.3.83 release in all other ways.
Lori, if you get a moment please grab this copy and install/test it for me!

Thanks!
That is exactly what I have been hoping for for 2 years now. Thanks so much.
I have eliminated that line & there's no confusion between delivery charges that are itemized in the descriptions, that change depending on site and they are also taxed; and shipping charges that only apply to our flower shop when we ship (mail) gift items for 3 or 4 customers at Xmas to save them the trouble, and that's not taxable.
Thanks again, for the fast response to today's question.
I hope the person who started this thread knows that the templates are more individual needs friendly now.
