Caller ID

If would be great if you could incorporate caller id with KBilling. As an option.

If you could pull the customer's window up automatically when the phone rings with their number.

This would save searching for them. Of course it wouldn't work in all cases but most.

I doubt I'll be able to add that feature. Not only do I have absolutely no idea how to do it (*grin*), users would have to have a modem hooked up to their office line all the time and I really don't think that would happen very much these days.
